在跨境電商 b2b 業(yè)務(wù)中，運(yùn)輸條款通常會(huì)出現(xiàn)在報(bào)價(jià)單中，對(duì)于常規(guī)產(chǎn)品，若客戶對(duì)運(yùn)輸條款沒(méi)有異議，則沿襲相應(yīng)條款到合同中即可。但是對(duì)于情況比較特殊的產(chǎn)品，業(yè)務(wù)員可以提前提出運(yùn)輸方案?？蛻粲袝r(shí)也會(huì)主動(dòng)提出運(yùn)輸要求，業(yè)務(wù)員需要和客戶磋商運(yùn)輸條款以確定最終運(yùn)輸方案，超出原有報(bào)價(jià)的運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用，應(yīng)要求由客戶承擔(dān)。闡述運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題的郵件一般圍繞著以下三個(gè)部分撰寫(xiě)。
(1)開(kāi)頭，提及買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方前期的溝通和產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸事宜
(2)正文/主要信息部分，具體、詳細(xì)陳述運(yùn)輸方式、交貨時(shí)間、港口信息等。
(3) 結(jié)尾，表達(dá)期望，希望對(duì)方及時(shí)回復(fù)。

1.客戶提出運(yùn)輸要求
